At The Fours, we understand the importance of a conducive living space for academic success. Our residences are thoughtfully designed to offer contemporary and spacious living areas, ensuring a harmonious blend of comfort and functionality.

HUrsthill RESIDENCE
Located at 58 Portland Avenue, we offer separate accommodations for males and females to ensure student comfort and privacy. Each room, approximately 8 m2, includes a single built-in bed, storage space, desk, and cupboard, with backup lighting for power outages.
Our facility features five common lounge areas with complimentary Wi-Fi, along with laundry facilities. Security is a priority with 24-hour personnel and CCTV cameras. A borehole water supply and tanks are in place for reliability.
To minimize environmental impact, we use energy-efficient heating systems instead of conventional hot water geysers. There are ample bathrooms and toilets for resident convenience.
vrededorp RESIDENCE
Located at 53 Ninth Street, Vrededorp, near the University of the Witwatersrand and the University of Johannesburg Bunting Campus, along the Corridors of Freedom transport route.
We offer modern, spacious aprtmets , fully furnished excluding appliances, featuring a kitchenette, en-suite bathroom, aerated showers, and a single built-in bed with storage spaces.
